If you need assistance with your account, subscriptions, app features, privacy, or account deletion, please use the information below.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your NutriLong account directly from within the app.
To delete your account:
- Open NutriLong and sign in.
- Open Account Settings.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the account deletion information.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
- Complete the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Account deletion is permanent. Your NutriLong account and associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention and legal obligations.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your NutriLong account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store subscription. Please manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account before deleting your account.
